Practice
Annalaura Tamburrini’s practice grows from analog photography and the darkroom, where the image takes shape through time, matter and manual intervention. From silver gelatin printing to cyanotype, her work moves through body, memory and landscape, returning to places of origin, family rituals, listening and suspension.

2025 — ongoing
An ongoing analog project shaped by the annual return to the same childhood coastline. Large-format cyanotypes gather dives from the rocks, underwater bodies and the quiet found beneath the surface.

Each cyanotype is sold as a unique work. Every sheet is coated and printed by hand and therefore presents unrepeatable material variations. The original negative is used only for the strictly limited number stated in the artwork record.

Collective exhibition of photography and video art entirely curated by Annalaura Tamburrini within Paesi Tuoi Festival Fasano 2026, where she was part of the artistic direction. Conceived through an international open call, it brought together fifteen selected artists around memory, distance and belonging.

Annalaura Tamburrini (Fasano, Italy, 1994) is a photographer and visual artist working with analog photography. She trained at Officine Fotografiche Roma between 2015 and 2019, focusing on black-and-white silver gelatin printing and historical processes. Since 2025 she has been represented by Crumb Gallery.
